I think I found the issue. Cell phone zwift companion app for running doesn’t work using my forrunner. I used my laptop just to see if that would fix the issue and my watch paired just fine. Just means I just won’t have HR data using the treadmill at the gym. I have attempted to use the zwift companion app on my cell phone my watch refuses to pair so no data would be saved in garmin. I will get a recording soon for you and pictures. I’ve been little busy over labor day weekend.
