Can you guys move the TT TUNE UP PLAN into a workout format like you did w gran fondo and build me up? It’s a great plan and there’s workouts in there that aren’t found elsewhere. As it stands no one would be able to complete 4-5 high intensity workouts like that per week so would be nice to do those on our own schedule…
