Missing support connection to iConsole+

Dear support Team. I have a new maxxus treadmill which works on iConsole+ via Bluetooth. I can connect with almost any app except for Zwift. According to the support team from Maxxus in previous versions of Zwift connecting the treadmill was not an issue. Can this feature be enabled (again)? The workaround with some other apps etc. is very cumbersome. In addition I need to use two devices, one for connecting the treadmill and one for running the Zwift app. Not mentioning that from iOS as treadmill mirror towards android as Zwift platform it is working but not vise versa.
Any support is highly appreciated. Btw. it is an iConsole+0020 computer if it helps.
