By some reason entering Zwift Rapha challenge few months ago, next day my RCC jersey missing and since no longer available.

Use the online chat bot which may be able to help or at least will allow you to submita ticket.

i’ve just tried to enter my Rapha kit code and it says its already been redeemed. i let my membership at Rapha expire and have rejoined. how can i get the kit back?
