When typing a message with the Fence HUD enabled behind it, using the UP arrow key normally jumps the cursor to the message start. Now it select the Fence HUD behind the message box.
Before 1.39 the cursor keys could be used to navigate inside the message box with UP going to first character and DOWN going to the last if edits needed.
Also the LEFT and RIGHT cursor key repeats are still broken so if you hold those keys down the cursor does not move through the message without a single tap for every character.
