I’ve posted on this before (years ago) and it still annoys me today - the “Strength” workout on the Beginner FTP Builder instructs you to turn off ERG and give “MAX EFFORT” during the 10 second sprints and when I do that and my entire interval is over the power target, it gives me no stars for that segment of the training.
If you’re going to tell me I failed, at least tell me why - I did everything you told me to do and you’re telling me I didn’t do it correctly.
I mean, at some point just take the stars away entirely if they don’t have any meaning.
They should probably update that workout to be a free ride section so you can go as hard as you can and not lose stars. It’s a bit odd to lose stars on a max effort section by going too hard.
