even weeks ago I bought a Kickr Move to use with a Zwift ride. After four weeks it was defective. From one day to the next the LEDs no longer lit up. Replacement arrived after eight days. After three rides, same problem. I had three Tacx NEO. One was swapped once. The parts have always been in the same place and connected to the same socket. I’m currently waiting for the second replacement device. Is there possibly a problem with Kickr Move and Zwift Ride? I’m curious to see how long the second replacement device lasts. It scares me a bit. What should I do if it happens again?!

You don’t happen to have a Tacx Neo power block you are accidentally plugging in do you? Because that would cause an issue.
Absolutely not. I sold it a long time ago. I just got the information that I should keep the defective Move and the new one will be released. However, I had to cut the connection cable and send a picture of it. The pinching didn’t feel good!
Naive question. The Ride front ‘fork’ appears not to move forward and back. Is this correct and, if so, why the Move? I’m asking because the Ride is tempting but I very much appreciate forward movement. Thanks!
I wanted the Kickr V6. But I got the Move cheaper than the V6. I also wanted to be flexible in case Zwift Ride didn’t suit me. I blocked the forward/backward movement. Bye Marcus
