With an ‘old’ Ribble and Campag Mirage 9 speed, in order to make use of a Kickr Core Zwift One, would purchasing the ZWIFT COG + CLICK UPGRADE KIT make my bike compatible?

That should work. If the chain is worn, get a new chain at the same time.

The Wahoo KICKR CORE Zwift One is compatible with your Campagnolo Mirage 9 Speed Group Set, the Zwift Cog expands our compatibility as a universal cassette, once you receive the new trainer, you can follow the instructions below for mounting of your bike on the Zwift Cog.

For future reference, you could also just use a Shimano-compatible 9-speed cassette (plus the required ~1.8 mm spacer), the cog spacing is the same or at least close enough.
