A power cycle has usually fixed wifi issues for me in the past. I don’t have any issues on firmware 4.13, but have on other firmwares.

I reported the issue to JetBlack support and they sent me a new PCBA board to replace. I did that, but it didn’t make any difference. They have now sent me a new trainer which seems to have fixed the issue so far :crossed_fingers:.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your trainer. Are they not able to send you a new trainer and you send the old one back to them? That’s what I did, so I wasn’t without a trainer.

That pairing screen looks the same as what happens to mine when the WiFi drops. I have to unplug the trainer, wait 30secs and then plug it back in again and then it works fine for the rest of the ride.
