Got my Jet Black Victory and love it expect for a problem.
Ill pair everything up do a ride all is good.
Next time i use it either the gear changing works and no HR and cadence or have HR and cadence with no gears
Im sure this isnt right
Any help would be appreciated

Zwift may occasionally face issues when multiple devices, such as heart rate monitors or cadence sensors, attempt to connect simultaneously. To avoid connection problems, ensure that no other apps, like your trainer’s, are running in the background and inadvertently taking over the connection.
Try this sequence:
JetBlack frequently releases firmware updates to improve connectivity. Check the JetBlack App to see if an update is available.
If you’re on Bluetooth, try switching to ANT+ (if available) or vice versa. Sometimes one works more reliably than the other.
If it still happens, a full trainer reset (unplugging for 5 minutes) can sometimes help, and reset game preferences.
Super thanks for the help but how does one change from Bluetooth to Ant? I’ve been through the very light/rough/rudimentary jetblack app, and there’s zero option for that. My brand new Victory worked 3x no problem in zwift and now the rider will not pedal even though everything is connected. Zwift is no help. The trainer works in rouvy.
First, if you are using virtual shifting you cannot use ANT+ because that feature requires Bluetooth. If you are not using virtual shifting, you can add an ANT+ USB dongle to a PC or Mac.
are you running Zwift in Android? update 1.86 broke connectivity with the Victory for Android.
Same problem… I don’t know what to do! Udpate 1.86, victory and Android.
