Jerseys by levels. We want a yellow jersey

I think the green and polka dot jersey should be available for the overall rider as well as the # level rider. Ex, riders on level 1 should be able to fight for the jersey within that level, same goes for the polka dot jersey.

Also I think we should have a yellow jersey for the rider with the most amount of laps (ONLINE) the moment the rider goes offline the jersey goes to whomever is next.

It’d also be cool to have jerseys for 50k - 80k etc…
