Issues loading up Zwift

Hi. Went to log onto Zwift today it opens and I have my Ant dongle plugged into my computer but it doesn’t recognize it and only bluetooth shows it’s available. I can’t get bluetooth to work on Zwift so I logout.

I restart my computer and restart Zwift. Its having a hard time loading up and gets stuck right before the two orange boxes appear.

I uninstall Zwift. I clear my browser cache and redownload it.

It’s slow to load but connects using the dongle. I join a world but the resistance, watts and cadence seem off. I stop pedaling and everything goes to zero but my speed remains at 16mph.

Please help, I’m at my witts end with this program.

Have you ever been able to use ant +

If not try installing the drivers, details can be found here

Can you list the full system specs of your computer too? What type of processor does it have, is the hard drive a solid state or older hard disk, what type of graphics processor, etc… the more detail the better.

That’s all I ever use. Never had a problem with the dongle and that’s not what I was really having issues with.
