I could not log in on Weds(GMT) using email and passwords that have been used for 9 months as these were not recognised. So asked for new pass. No reply in 2 hrs so repeat.
Thurs morn sent message to “support” that gave the usual get back to you within 12 hrs.
Another 24 hrs and replied to say nothing happened.
Another 24 hrs and new message to “support” -exactly same thing back and as yet no reply. This is now early 100 hrs for what should have been done in 2 minutes.
SO DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY ARE BACK FROM CHRISTMAS YET?
