Hi Everyone, I hope you’re all well.
I’m trying to help a friend out and install the ZWIFT app on his 4th generation iPad running IOS 13.3. It’s quite nippy yet the install fails and reports it’s not compatible with my device.
I went looking at the ZWIFT support page called “supported-devices-to-run-zwift” and it says it needs to be above IOS 9 (which it is).
The only thing I can think of, the left column it says Apple PRO or AIR or MINI but doesn’t say a straight iPad, so could it be this… however the app works on my own 6th Generation iPad which isn’t a PRO, AIR or MINI either, so seems to rule this out!
Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, I have tried to check on here but just got myself more confused!!
If it should work ok but it’s the installer misbehaving, can I just sideload it for him?
