Introducing New Cycling and Running Workouts [April 2020]

Hi all - this week, we’ve introduced 8 new cycling workouts and 16 running workouts,. most of which you can complete in one hour*.

*Your time may vary. Me personally - as a pure cyclist, the 53 minute pace on the Higher and Higher run workout is going to take me a lot longer than an hour :sweat_smile:

Can I suggest that the workouts in the “Plans” also get copied to the Workouts Tab. That will make the workouts a bit more flexible for those that cant commit to a Plan, or want to redo a week of the the Plan. See this popular feature request.
