Hi, I got a new laptop with Intel Core7 155H which is a 14 generation chip. But, it doesn’t look like Zwift is recognizing the new rebranded Intel names. Hence, I don’t have the Video Capture option. Any plans from Zwift to fix this?
Thanks,
Shaun
Hi @Shaun_Solhjou Welcome to the Forums! I’m Norman, shame to hear that you don’t have the Video Screenshots feature just yet.
Based on the information we have at hand, this is the list of compatible CPUs for Video Screenshots:
- Intel Core i3 (10th Generation and newer)
- Intel Core i5 (9th Generation and newer)
- Intel Core i7 (9th Generation and newer)
- Intel Core i9 (9th Generation and newer)
- AMD Ryzen 5
- AMD Ryzen 7
- AMD Ryzen 9
Because this is a gradual rollout, it might take a while for every device to have the feature even if it’s listed above.
I understand your concern though and while I can’t confirm that the reason for the Video Screenshots feature is missing from your device is the one you described, I think it’s worth investigating.
Would you like to open a support ticket with us? That way, our Tech Team will have the chance to take a look at your case.

Hi Norman,
Thanks for reaching out to me.
I have been using Zwift for 6 or 7 years and am a very happy user. I never had to open a support ticket before until this issue came up.
It looks as if the Zwift software is not recognizing the new rebranded Intel chip nomenclature like 155H as being a 14th generation chip. Can you please check with the IT department to see if 155H is on their list?
Thanks again,
Shaun
Pretty sure you are right about this. It should be supported but isn’t due to the naming change.
Same with the new Ryzen AI chipsets by the looks of things the HX370 is somewhat more powerful than a 10th gen i3 yet no video?
I recently bought a new laptop with great specs, Intel core Ultra 7 and Geforce RTX. This was to be able to use Zwift optimally and specifically the video screenshots . I would like to encourage Zwift to performe the update…
I’ve got the same processor (Intel(R) Core™ Ultra 7 155H (3.80 GHz)) and 7 months later video still isn’t supported.
Did a ticket ever get opened?
Thanks,
Ben
I have the same issue.
Intel(R) Core™ Ultra 7 155H (3.80 GHz) + RTX4050 and video isn’t supported.
Hi @, welcome to the Forums! I’m Francisco from Zwift Support.
Thanks for hanging out here. As our previous colleagues were mentioning.
It seems that the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor might not be recognized by Zwift as compatible for video capture features. This could be due to Zwift’s software not fully supporting the newer Intel naming conventions or rebranded chips like the 155H. You can check Zwift’s compatibility list, especially since Zwift may update it down the line.
The Compatibility link supplied just comes back to this thread. Can you supply the actual link please? So, in a nutshell, the current Gen Intel processors aren’t supported by Zwift because of a naming convention?
Hi @Wannie,
Thank you for your response! This is Jose from Zwift support. I am happy to share the list of compatible CPU equipment for video and screenshots. It seems some current-gen Intel processors, especially those with integrated graphics, might have trouble running Zwift. This isn’t necessarily due to a naming issue but more about how Zwift interacts with certain integrated graphics drivers. For example, users with Intel 10th and 11th Gen integrated graphics have reported performance issues, likely tied to driver optimization. If you need further assistance, we are here to help!
Users with 10th and 11th gen integrated graphics get the video screenshots feature. I think the list of supported processors for that feature is simply out of date due to the naming change but I’d be happy to be corrected by @evan-zwift if I’m mistaken and there’s something about the newer models that makes it worse.
For a specific question, will this computer work with video screenshots?
