Incorrect result due to faulty trainer

Hi there,

I have a rider on my team (ID 1053143) that had an issue with her trainer:

She bought a refurbished TACX 2 NEO but didnt realize its firmware wasn’t properly updated, which caused her to get an over estimated power during a race.

This caused het to become an “almost B” when she’s actually pulling D numbers.

I’d please like to know if it’s possibly to delete the inacurate result so she can be correctly classified.

Does the Zwiftpower team then also work on Category Enforcement issues when things like this arise?

Yes - I have a weekly training session with them.
