In Game 5 Second Freezing Both Zwift and Compain app

I am at a loss I believe Start my ride and both my companian app and Zwift simultaniously freeze I have check reinstalled every item including Nvidia drivers and windows uodates. I have an nvidia 3070 Video card And AMD 7800 X3D with 64GB ram..

  1. Cheecjed the freezing app sollutions, they were already set.
  2. Reinstalled Zwift without removing preferences. Zwift is updated
  3. Reinstalled my Bluetooth drivers for the tplink UB500 plus
  4. Updated the Zwift shifters to single connection
  5. CXhecked and reset windows firewall
  6. Connected my Wahoo kicker V^ to hardwired insted os mistery wireless
  7. Reset my network modem and router which is 2000 up/down

I have a copy of my last log file. Again 40 seconds plus and then a freeze for several seconds. Driving me crazy.

How can I upload a text file. Any Help would be appreciated.

Contact support via email and attach the log file there, no need to upload it in the community forums. support@zwift.com

Alternatively, you can visit trainerdx.com and upload a log file there, the website will analyze any connection issues you might be having and provide you with a link that you can share here for others to review.

I contacted support and they said tcp errors but I also checked Trainer road analizer and saw no such drop ot. except when i disconnected my phone companion app. so I sent them a reply to show me the infiormation they claim. I do not see anything that would indicate a Viedo or internet issue. Stared reciently never had this issue before.

Well i solved the issue. A windows srive called TPService was polling my network every 1 minute. I looked at the task manager under performance. Zwift id nothing with my log file they saw a network error at the end of my session when i forgot to turn off the companion app. The actual log file showed no network disconnects.

Customer service was a negtive experience. First AI then low end people not really looking at the log file or the problem and putting it together. If they have more information than trainerdx then they never said anything. They claimed to pass it up the food chain but I have not heard a word in 3 days.

Maybe they will respond.

I’m curious what that is but I have not found any Microsoft thing called “TPService”. Is that from some third party software?
