Sorry to hear the socks didn’t unlock. From looking at your account, the ride saved on your profile, but seems there was a saving issue to our servers and it wasn’t logged properly to unlock those socks.

I have put in a request to have those socks unlocked on your account. It may take a few days for them to show up, but reach out to our support if you have any more unlock issues. I have also sent you an email so you can contact us back directly if you have any more questions.

Just to verify, if we do the 45min, then continue on to finish the whole route, we will get the route achievement correct?

Yes you still get the achievement and socks if complete the whole route .
