I can't add a user or follower in App Companion. It shows the message "Unable to follow the user. See photo"

You are following up over 4500 and I believe the limit is 5000 but the 5000 includes all those people you have asked to follow but they have not replied to you.
Try unfollowing 20-30 people and see if that lets you follow new people.
