Huawei P30 is there a problem using this phone on zwift. was working ok last year, but drops out after 3minutes. anyone else have a problem?

Getting disconnection or crash issues can be weird despite being able to play around without issues before. Let’s tackle this up.
I was reviewing the requirements:
- Android® 9.0 or higher (Upon reviewing your account I noticed that you have Android 10, check if there are pending updates since the last version is Android 14)
- Arm64-v8a ABI (Arm64 architecture)
- At least 2 GB of RAM - Make sure you meet this requirement.
- At least 4 GB of free storage space
- OpenGL ES 3.0 or higher (I realized in the system you have 3.2)
- Bluetooth version 4.0 or higher
I took a closer look at your account and found some BLE connection and disconnection errors on January 6, 2025, related to the Zwift Hub. Additionally, there was another BLE issue with a Tacx Flux on January 5, 2025. It seems there could be some interference causing these drop issues. Please make sure to follow all the steps mentioned in the article below.
