My garmin tri HRM is not connecting or picking up to my tax neo!
Is anyone has this problem and how could I fix it?

Does the strap have its own integral battery if so like my POLAR HRM may need swapping

What are you running Zwift on, therefore trying to connect it to?
I think the Tri-HRM is only ant+ so it will only be picked up by an ant+ dongle if running on a laptop. It won’t be compatible with AppleTV. You would need to get a bluetooth (or dual band) HRM.
