Hi, sorry if this has been covered before, I did try and search.
I find that when I am riding workouts I am in my ‘easiest’ gear the whole time and still my cadence is too low to keep to the required wattage.
Today I rode the 2x20 FTP workout and even in my lowest gear I was riding at a cadence of around 80 to keep to 220 watts. For 120 watts is more like 65-70.
I normally ride with a cadence of 90-95, any tips?
