I purchased a Wahoo turbo trainer and was provided with a 30-day trial code which I entered against my Zwift account. However, in my profile the promotion shows as pending and I am being charged monthly for my subscription. I am yet to receive my free 30 days, how do I activate this?
I contacted Zwift support directly and it looks like the issue is resolved.
