How long does the ZA baseline ride email take to arrive?

It’s been a few hours since my ZA baseline ride, but no email. Is it something that takes time, or did it not work?

They have been saying 24 hours but it seems clear that the problems with the email and its delivery have not been resolved. See this thread:
