How backed up is Zwift support?

My Zwift cog trainer has been dead almost a week and I have not gotten any reply from Zwift. I got a ‘we are busy’ email last Saturday, but here it is Wednesday with no info or way to get back training.

The ‘we are busy’ email says not to send another, but I live in the real world where Im used to having to hold people’s hands to get anything done and have no way to know if my request has been lost. My bike riding is pretty important to me, I would appreciate some kind of response. Im stuck in the snow and depend on this stuff not to go crazy.

I think Zwift is using AI now, because this is the email I got in response when I asked a lot of detailed questions. Either they are blatantly ignoring me, or the AI is just writing in generic responses for them. Either way, getting pretty done with the company at this point.

A boilerplate response seems a much simpler (and more likely) explanation rather than any form of AI.
