I am a new user and have managed to enter an incorrect date of birth on my profile (Apple TV remote issues). I understand that I need to contact Zwift to amend it but the contact email and chat buttons just leave me going around in circles. I have tried email@example.com but got an automated reply saying that this email address is no longer being used. How do I contact Zwift to have this changed?
Go through the support section of the site, go through the chatbot, say it’s suggested articles don’t help, and then it’ll eventually give you an option to email support.
Thank you, but these are the options I have already spent a considerable amount of time trying to use. There doesn’t seem to be a way of by passing the ‘stock’ answers.
