Hi!
I believe there is an issue with the ghost PU.
Last night at our ladder race, I activated the ghost PU, but my bike’s light remained visible.
Surely that is not supposed to happen ![]()

try using it when you have fire socks and sprint
hahahahah ok, so its really broken
Can’t remember if any of this got fixed but it was acknowledged…
One thing I wonder is if the bug you’re seeing now only appears if you’re using a graphics card that gets the new lighting effects, so possibly not visible to all users.
Only “your” bike has a headlight, nobody else.
HOWEVER: Concept bikes produce light, as do ride-ons.
So OP’s image could be one or the other, but it wouldn’t have been a headlight. Just wanted to add that.
I cant share the YT here, but you can see that my headlight does not vanish and when I reappear, its definitely my headlight
And I’m telling you that that’s not possible.
Only one headlight is rendered.
Perhaps two are rendered if one is spectating?? That I would have to check, I don’t know.
But generally speaking, you do not see headlights from any other users. This is how it’s always been, and the new multi point light update hasn’t changed that from what I’ve seen (again, spectating not-withstanding because I haven’t tested it).
If that were the case in your picture in OP, then the yellow TFC rider would be lit up from behind, and the Coalition riders would be as well, etc. But they are not.
I’m still betting what’s seen in your picture (again, assuming you weren’t on a Concept bike), is a Ride On, which produces a spot light above your head on the rendered thumb. Which is visible to all who have access to the new multipoint lighting.
Alternatively, it could be what Rich said, and it’s lightning socks, which also produce a light; being the same issue as Fire Socks when using ghost… both of which, any “racer” should know is not something you should have equipped.
I am sure you are right, I was on the Tron bike.
I can’t really argue with you there hahaha.
I will try get some more pics, the glow really appears is only forward facing from my bike.
But maybe just the glow.
But yes, at the end of the day not much ghost ![]()
Oh LOL, then unfortuantely you were indeed that glowing spot on the ground for at least that rider

People say Burrito is the worst PU, I still think Ghost is, and not just because of the bugs!
Imagine if you had Lightning socks too.
“Hey, what’s that rave running away up the road, what could it be?!” hahaha
Hahahhaha thanks for the help!
So, summary don’t race the Tron, nor the fire socks nor the other things when using the ghost pu!
Just because, I’ll share a few more pics of it😂
Make sure to argue with everyone after stating the Burrito is the best powerup as well!

Heads up, i reviewed the video again..frame by fame..you are right..

Those pesky kids and their NoS and neon underglow living their lives only a quarter mile at a time!
I only did a simple workout on Neokyo last night, absolutely beautiful with all of the multi point lights. Almost nobody around though so I didn’t check spectating headlights, but I still suspect not.
I saw another ghost powerup bug today. Going over the top of the Sgurr Summit North, a rider hit the ghost powerup right before the KOM banner. Their wheels showed a dust cloud from the gravel surface (and yeah they were not even on gravel at that point).
@shooj have the things in this topic been reported for some kind of fix yet?
