Light Aura - How?

Noticed this while watching a Allan on Zwift - noticed his tron and also the intveral gates have a light aura that I have not seen anywhere else. Allan runs a 3080 - Zwift Set to 4k
I do not have this afftect on my machine which runs a 7900xtx

Any Ideas?

the box on legs - is not noting the dual tron colour but the light aura on legs when avatar is pedaling.

I’m not sure about the two boxes on the left, but it looks like the rider is within a few seconds of the arch denoting the start of a new workout segment, and there is an outline that flashes around the entire avatar at this time.

I know of the avatar highlighting (the line around outline of avatar) but I am talking about the light splashing

Example here once he has passed through it - you can see the NY post on right and avatar is lit up by the gate he has just passed through - not outlined - also note the aura on avar from tron bike

here is a bit clearer shot of the tron you can see the lighting from it on the avatars arms

This seems to be a new lighting effect.
I saw it at the overhead traffic light at the 360 bridge, and some white jerseys had a strong sun reflecting effect
