The latest GCN show mentioned their 30 in 30 challenge for January. The link in the description for the video doesn’t seem to take me to a place to join the challenge. Has anyone else successfully joined this? What am I doing wrong?
Welcome back to the forum, Steve. I would recommend you to just track it on your own. You can pick any format you wish like 30/30, 45/45 or 60/60. It does not have to be pure cycling.
I plan to do my anual 60/60 challenge again and combine the daily minutes from bike/run/yoga/strength or walking. This helps to make sure that you can have your “rest” days while still doing something positive for yourself.
