HI - Newbie here. Would anyone be able to tell me how to set up a session (workout?) comprising a 40km time trial on a flat course? The workouts all seem to involve a target cycling time rather than target cycling distance. Many thanks
Probably easiest is to create a meet up, pick a flat course and set the distance for 40km. That’s how I’ve done it before. You do have to invite at least one person to create the meetup but they don’t have to show up.
I think you can also do this if you create a club and make it a club ride. This is the same as the other mentioned option, just don’t have to invite anyone.
