recently I’ve noticed that my speed and cadence sensors are being recognized as BKOOL sensors. Not sure why. They were being recognized as GSC-10 before. Does that make a difference?
I had the same problem and raised a ticket with Zwift. This was the solution.
"We’ve been trying to figure out what caused this for some users. I just spoke to our programmers and they wanted me to ask you if you could try deleting your prefs.xml file and known devices.xml folders in your zwift folder? This should reset it so that it shows up as a Garmin again"
I did as suggested and it has been fine ever since.
