Why aren’t the elevation HUD settings part of the release notes? And also why isn’t it what everyone was asking for instead of this
Apparently it was released by mistake.
Posted in another thread.
It’s 4th gen.
Tried all suggestions and this is still an issue. There are others that have said they’ve experienced the same…
Where have you seen other reports of this? ATV crashes tend to be very rare, but if they do happen because of a bug then there are a lot of reports because a lot of people use ATV.
Did you try the factory reset? It’s easy to do and quick to reinstall apps again afterwards.
There was a user directly below my original comment saying that they had experienced the same issue.
As I said, I’ve tried all suggestions including a full factory reset. It is still crashing during loading and occasionally after loading.
Ok, that’s only one other user then (who said it works on the second go). You should contact Zwift support for further troubleshooting of this issue - email support@zwift.com . They can access server-side logs that might show them something.
Hey @Steve_Cl - thanks for raising. It looks like the pen enforcement mechanism does not always work as intended for back to back races like Tiny Races. In the case you raised, this was not due to an outdated game client. We’ll look into making improvements here.
Good suggestion, thank you! I’ll share this back to the team.
I figured out what makes my zwift crash at startup.
I cut the power on my apple tv completely after saving the workout by pulling the power cable.
Turns out, that once i turn the power back on for the next ride, that the zwift app is still runing. If i force quit that one first and then start zwift again it works.
Hope that makes sense.
Is changed behavior though since i’'ve been doing it that way for years and this only started recently.
