I’m not asking the service to be perfect, all IT has glitches, I just want comms that the issue is known, and update is being worked on, and I don’t need to panic buy a laptop.

looking at the Windows 11 version it’s likely a Microsoft issue, feel lucky that they didn’t “brick” your PC -
you’d be amazed how complex “simple” changes are, part of the issue is not unintetionally breaking a load of other things, not just coding/ testing the change.
I wouldn’t be amazed how complex it is, if it was simple we would all be doing it.
If it takes two weeks to fix, I’d just like an update saying “there is a compatibility issue With Windows computers running AMD graphics cards, here is an ETA on the fix” and I’ll accept it.
IT and tech, programming, it’s complex, I don’t have an issue with that.

Thanks for the link to that article. I was pretty sure it was the Windows update at fault because nothing else had changed, but I wasn’t aware of the more severe issues that some people are having after the OS update 
Hopefully Zwift can get the video screenshots working again.

I didn’t take a screenshot, the issue is the little black chevron and the piece with the username of the person behind you get off centered and a gap of a few pixels forms. It’s happened before and been fixed, sometime in the last couple months

@John_Zwift are you able to issue any updates on Zwift v1.79 and issues working on laptops with AMD?

The Mayan San Remo card says it’ll take less than 30 minutes, which is very optimistic. Also the start/end dots are backwards
edit: Apparently the orange dot as the start line and the green dot with the arrow being the finish line is an intentional design choice

My automatic video screenshots stopped appearing as soon as I upgraded to 24H2. I haven’t searched the drive for them, but they are not offered for upload at the end of each ride.
The feature remains enabled on my laptop. Toggling off and on did not fix it.
I9-13900H, RTX 4070, 32GB, 1TB.

Zwift 1.79 (1.78 also) crashes frequently mid-ride since upgrading to a Nvidia GPU (4060). I’ve re-installed Windows 10, used older drivers, the newest drivers, etc, used all the ZPCMR recommended settings, but to no avail. There was a mention of this for 1.78 and that developers identified an issue with Nvidia GPU’s: [Crash Issues with V1.78.0 and Nvidia drivers 566.03 (November 2024)].
Any news on this? I’ve lost lots of workout progress and to be honest, Zwift is not really usable with this issue for me. A response would be nice. Thank you.

Weird, we are running two rigs, 12th gen I3 & I5 with a 3060/4060 and we are ok. Both are on drivers prior to 566.03 though… one is on 23H2, the other on 24H2, neither has One Drive or MB bloat…
That doesn’t help though I know…

Hi since changing from ATV to Mac OS I’m frequently having connection issues with the Companion App. ATV and Mac Mini connects by LAN connection and Companion App to WiFi never had these issues when I used ATV.
Companion App is installed on Google Pixel 4 XL which is my default phone for Zwifting, I also have Companion App installed on my IPhone 15 Plus the connection issues effects both phones never have the app opened on both phones at the same time.
Whether Companion App connects is random yesterday it connected without issue today no connection. I have re installed Zwift App on Mac Mini 4 a few times which did solve the issue a few updates back but no effect recently.
All devices have latest OS and Companion App installed please can you assist with this issue.

Since the update getting some very weird lagging issues on Apple TV it happens in the area where Sasquatch sprint and woodland sprint are , I could not complete stage 2 of MAAP ride because of this lag it’s the only place so far that I’ve found that this issue occurs.
