Game Update v 1.74 [September 2024]

On my iPad mini, this update has caused the capabilities to swipe to remove the leaderboard from the display and swipe to remove nearby rider information from the display to no longer work. Anyone else notice this?

Out of interest, will you ever release a client for Linux Deb, i.e. Ubuntu?

Hi is there any plan to make the start of a sprint more obvious? A lot of time if you’re in an event when there is a bunch of riders you cannot see the start of a sprint because of the overcrowding. Maybe something elevated to go along with the road marking so it’s not as hard to miss?

Desde la actualizacion tengo problemas al conectar mi elite strezo

same here on my old 5th gen ipad.

interestly I had not had the update when i first tried and was able to swipe away on 1.73 but then could not swipe them back in.

now with 1.74 it’s like you have it stuck on screen.

Hopefully it’s a sign that they are looking at the HUD across all devices to give us options to hide/show elements and not a removal of this feature for no reason

When is the language update also scheduled for Portuguese?

Is the companion app now dead ?

Why doest it have all of the full new HUD stats and many more on its dashboard?

The map could include the in detail profile all of the time.

or permanently onto the companion app ?

Even after the update- I am still getting these odd flashes/orbs while climbing Epic KOM. Using Apple TV to run Zwift

Which model of ATV? Do you force-close Zwift after each ride?

Great.
Zwifter since 2015.
I´m still waiting for the “random view” function.
Please make it happen .

ATV 4K Gen2. I do not close Zwift after each ride. I only exit to the ATV homescreen. Is this something I should be doing?

Yes, definitely. Zwift support will tell you the same. If you don’t then weird glitches can happen because Zwift isn’t designed to sit permanently running in the background.

I don’t know if your problem is related to this or not, but you really should adopt this practice. Always force-close Zwift after you’ve saved your ride.

It doesn’t include ‘extra watts’. The wkg takes into account the reduced rider weight while using the feather PU.

Hi folks, this issue should be corrected now on the server-side.

I could be wrong, but on my W10PC I get a ride report that I have to dismiss (or it times out) before saving my ride. However, on my W11 laptop, it went straight to “save” after finishing a pacer ride, and I didn’t see any ride report. Am I imagining things? Or does this only appear after certain types of rides?

Maybe it’s the ride streak screen which only appears for the first ride of the week?

Thanks, appreciated, but I do know the difference

That’s happened to me a handful of times and I wish I knew what the common denominator was.

@Od_Avinu

Shuji at Zwift HQ here.

Can I ask for more context? Are you using the same method to end your ride on the Win10 machine vs Win11? i.e. using keyboard ESC key vs mouse click vs. Play controllers vs Zwift Companion app?
