I have the same issues. The worst is that the hub intermittently disconnect and I have electronic gears. I then have to switch over to manual gears (on an uphill like Road to sky), which interrupt the cadence, power and speed… just for the connection to be back a minute or two later… its exhausting to try and climb a mountain with issues like this.
Issue with Stages SB20 with latest firmware V.1.12.4 and Zwift version 1.53.2 running IOS on IPad with version 17.1.1
SB20 was reset after update and power meters zero reset.
Prior to starting race I loaded warmup workout initial free ride section was ok 1 minute block at FTP on ERG was extremely difficult resistance was way too high.
Didn’t have time to reboot iPad as iTT was about to start initially in sim mode things seemed ok however once I reached the first climb resistance was all over the place.
I had to change gears frequently and struggled to get FTP especially on flats as resistance was not consistent.
I eventually had to abandon I saved and rebooted iPad and switched off SB20 and turned back on. I loaded my cool-down workout which is set for ERG mode on spinning cranks power directly went to over 1300 watts and again Z2 effort had way too much resistance.
I’m not seeing all of the new routes that I thought were coming with 1.53. I went to ride “Big Flat 8” today and it wasn’t available as a set route in Watopia. (I use Apple TV.) I opened up the game on my iPad later, and I do see a placeholder for the badge. Anyone else?
Hi, new here. Zwift was working fine yesterday but I tried to ride today and can’t get past the pairing screen. I even tried reinstalling everything, it’s all just crazy slow and won’t pair at all. Running Windows 10 and connecting via ANT+ and it tells me I’m trying to run Zwift version 1.53.2 with Launcher 1.1.11
BUG in climb portal
I did the Repack Rush route yesterday and headed to climp portal from there. I’m not sure if it’s a bug that I did receive couple of aeroboost powerup? Not really usefull over there but when I was using powerup at the same time when getting new one it didn’t show “the slot machine”. That new powerup just appeared when draw was done.
BUG in streering
When finishing Italian Villas Sprint at Watopia and turning right. After that I could not choose right again to turn back to Italian Villas. Using Elite’s Sterzo Smart. I could choose the right turn from display.
I had something similar. While it makes no sense, what seemed to help was to:
unplug my ANT+ stick
unplug my bluetooth dongle
turn off my kickr
I then started Zwift and the pairing screen worked fine (since there was nothing to pair). Then I closed Zwift again and plugged the sticks back in and turned my kickr on and everything has been fine since. Actually, I plugged them in one at a time and retried Zwift each time just to see if it was one device so you could try that too.
I ended up doing something very similar. I tried restarting my computer, completely uninstalling/reinstalling Zwift, clearing a few Gb off my hard drive, at one point it seemed to launch better when launching it with ZwiftApp rather than ZwiftLauncher … anyways, at some point I got it launching, but then once Zwift was actually starting it still wouldn’t connect, I tried a handful of fixes and eventually unplugged and replugged in the ANT+ sticks and voila: connection.
Still not sure which of these steps was actually necessary but definitely the unplugging/replugging USB’s was part of the solution
This was a regression from a couple of releases ago. The animation that cycles between the power ups when you’re currently using a power up stopped showing up (at least on iPad), Zwift did confirm they were able to reproduce the issue, so I think it was unintentional, and they will likely fix it at some point.
This has been a bug since day 1 of the climb portal. If you enter the portal from any means other than choosing the climb portal route on the Home Screen, power-up selection is broken. No response from any of the ZHQ guys about it to date.
Zwift has worked great for me…until this update. Now, when I get to the screen that says you are logged in, Zwift Hub freezes. (Running the Zwift app on an up-to-date Mac).
EDIT: Never mind - I deleted the app and re-installed it (3rd time). Works now.
I’m in the same boat… I just had a dreadful workout with dropouts of power and HRM (bridged thru the Hub One) throughout the whole workout with drops happening every 5-30 seconds and lasting 1 to 30 seconds… Did you get any feedback? Was able to complete an FTP test yesterday without issue.
