It should work, it works on my Galaxy note 8!
Works fine on my S8 but not on list of supported. Maybe just too new.
If you can see Zwift in the Google play store, then generally it is compatible with your device. Since Zwift works well on my Galaxy s9+, I can’t see why it won’t work with the Note 10.

The forum list of specific devices hasn’t been updated since March. If you can find Zwift on the Play Store, you should be good. Sadly, my Stylo 4 didn’t make the cut. 
Since lower notes work, I can only imagine your note 10+ will be fine.
Just tried it… Works fine… Paired it with my Chromecast/tv for good measure…

Yes, I can confirm it works fine with my tacx neo and my Android TV (that basically has a chromcast like device on it). Everything is smooth and the battery consumption average.
