FTP vs Fondo Training Plan

New to Zwift and just returned last summer to biking after a 15 yr hiatus.
What’s better for overall fitness first: FTP Training Plan or Fondo?

Not being a coach I don’t really know the specific answer to your question. Both will improve your fitness. What I can tell you though is that they will only improve your fitness if you actually complete them. So if it was me and I didn’t have a clear goal (i.e. I want to be better at Fondos vs. I want to improve my FTP) I’d have a look at the workouts on WhatsOnZwift.com and see which of the two I am likely to more enjoy the workouts for. If I’m enjoying doing the workouts I’m much more likely to actually complete the training plan properly.
