FTP Builder issues? or just workout issues?

I’m new to Zwift.
Doing WO 5 of week 1 – tempo. Using ERG mode. Frequently ‘stuck’ on crazy power outputs vs requested. Between 5% and 50% high. I can’t pedal at requested cadence (even lowest value that doesn’t prompt me to increase) w/o being prompted to reduce power – almost all the time.
It’s a Computrainer. Spun down properly.

Also, what’s up with the chatterbox coach things that tells me things like I’ve got a 10 minute cooldown when clearly the block is 5 minutes?
