Nice one.
Well… Sorry for the back to back emails!
My name is Taylor and i’m with Zwift’s Tier 2 support team. Sorry for the continued troubles with the ride leader fence, but I have some news for you! I reached out to our dev team to see if they had been hearing any other reports of the ride fence acting like this, and it turns out that they are aware of this being an issue for some and they’re working on a fix. I’m afraid to say though that while there isn’t a work-around for this issue as of yet, the fix will come from our end and all you should have to do is keep your Zwift app up to date.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue improving Zwift. Please let us know if there’s anything else that you need assistance with; we’d all be more than happy to help!
Thanks!

Please provide an update to your “update” talking about forthcoming updates. Is the fence working properly now? Do group ride organizers have the ability to enable “kick-mode” (zapping flyers after a configurable countdown?) I’m hearing lots of confusion on this topic in my group rides, where I grow increasingly frustrated with the constant refrain “Ease front, rear push”. The fence is a superb feature, especially with the ability to zap flyers who have no interest in being with the group to begin with. What’s the status, please?
