I have a Cycleops Powerbeam Pro blue tooth. I cannot get the program to find the device. My computer says it is paired. I can run the trainer from my iPhone with virtual trainer. But your software does not find it and it appears to have no manual set up or any troubleshooting ability whatsoever. Wow.
You need to use Zwift to make the bluetooth connection to your device. So disconnect from your computer and then connect using Zwift.
