Cleared Cache…
Are you guys trying to log into the zwift.com website, or are you trying to log into the game via the launcher? Both of these make use of a browser so I’m unsure what you are trying to do.
I am having this issue logging in to the Zwift website using Brave browser on Windows 11.
I have this issue with the WTRL page trying to sign up for the TTT’s and ZRL.
What happens when you use Edge?
It worked when I used chrome so assume there is some security protection (3rd party cookies or script) which is being blocked by Brave. Same could be true in Chrome if certain settings are configured but thought it may be helpful info for anyone trying to work out why.
If you have extensions installed in the browser, you could also try disabling them to see if it helps, or create a new Windows user and try with that.
I wasn’t able to replicate the problem on my system with Firefox or Edge.
In my case, .
I dont think the browser its important since I tried several ones: edge, chrome, Firefox, brave. With private mode on all of them
one day just started working without trying anything different
And one day is just fixed itself. My guess the problem its on the server side somehow, since I don’t have any similar issues with any other service.
tl;dr Disable blocking of cross-site cookies. ![]()
I’ve been away from Zwift for quite some time, decided to return today and bumped into this bug.
My environment is Firefox with uBO on a Linux distro. I opened Firefox in private mode and login worked so I figured it could be related with uBO, but that’s not the case. What worked was disabling block all third-party cookies. Login worked with uBO on and with block third-party cookies off. I re-enabled third-party cookies blocking after logging in.
Note: This is what worked for me. I also have other extensions installed other than uBO, though none that could be causing any issues in my view. In a different setup the problem might be related to something else.
I’m calling it a bug because for me it’s a bug. I can login to other websites without issue even with block all third-party cookies (or cross-site cookies as it is called in preferences) enabled. Zwift is the only website misbehaving.
See attached screenshot. Typically I have selected “All cross-site cookies” but in order to login successful in Zwift I set it to “Cookies from unvisited websites” temporarily.
