Everest challenge window going blank

Hello

I’m actually doing the Everest challenge with a total of 46KM climbed, but wherever i go to the challenge box itself it shows the video progression from the bottom of Everest and suddenly goes blank at around 44km.

I have the same thing on my Windows PC, Macbook Pro & iPad.

Do you know what is wrong ? Screenshot is attached…

Having the same problem here. Got above about 45k on everest (and every time I watch the graphic it cuts out there). Running zwift on macOS 10.14.3

I get the same thing on the latest version of the game…
