Everest challenge done but no Tron bike

I’ve completed the Everest challenge but still don’t have access to the Tron bike. Any advice?

And when you look in your garage, don’t look for ‘Tron’ or a glowing bike. Go down the list to the Zwift frames and check for the ‘Concept Z1’:
