I try to install Zwift on my new laptop, but I get this error every time and do not know what to do anymore.

It could be a temporary glitch, but if you keep getting it then it suggests that something is stopping you properly connecting to Zwift’s servers
Are you using a work laptop? Do you use a VPN?
