Enable the Beta on Android capable Chromebooks

I was disappointed to learn that Zwift Beta cannot be installed and tested on my Google Pixelbook.   When can we expect chromebook compatability?

No ETA at the moment but of course we’ll keep you posted! You can always check on compatibility in our Android Device Requirementssticky post. :)

I would also like to see this compatibility enabled.

This would be great ! Pixelbooks are quite powerfull devices supporting android apps, so I was expecting Zwift android app to be compatible, but it is not :frowning:

A year later… any chance to see it happen?

Support for other Android devices like android sticks would be goo too.

Just great. Zwift has the resources for Halloween crap , burt not have resources to enable using Zwift on Chromebook OS. At Zwift, DO NOT MODIFY MY APPEARANCE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Massive epic fail on the stupid childish costumes. Grow the up.

You will be really happy once April 1st comes around.

That remains to be seen. Your statement is predicated on many assumptions.

If you are aware of FACTS, then do tell. Otherwise your statement is information-void.

Fact, Zwift does something fun every April Fools day. Have a sense of humor and enjoy the little things in life.

There is a big difference between Coding fore another device and just adding a costume overlay.

It is like changing the font in a 100 page document vs writing the 100 page document.

Well then, kudos to Rouvy and TrainerRoad who were busy working on documents instead of just changing fonts.

I would say Kudos to Zwift for giving us a little fun.

I don’t have time to search, but I think someone was able to load Zwift on a Chromebook (I could be wrong).

I am happy Zwift has a bit of time to give us some fun graphics. I had a lot of fun finding all the Dino parts.

The amount of riders this morning was about double than most Thursday mornings. Seem like a lot of people like to have a bit of fun from time to time.
