Having some issues with connectivity. Get the attached photo (power and cadence connected) but when i actually cycle my rider doesnt move and no cadence or watts are output. What do i do!!

I have exactly the same issue, with the same set up. It worked fine for me until the software update. I have contacted Zwift support.
