Elevation in London not correct?

Hi,

Yesterday I did the London Pretzel.
Normally, this means 550m elevation but when I stopped I only had 477m.
I got the badge, so I’m sure I did the whole route.

My smart trainer is a Wahoo Kickr Snap which supports incline to 12%. Apart from a small part, the majority of the Pretzel is below 12% incline.

What’s the cause of this difference?

best regards,
Francis

Hi,
make sure to set two things correctly:

  1. Set the trainer difficulty to MAX (you can do that in the settings in-game)
  2. Set the correct wheelbase in your Wahoo Fitness app

There is a video that covers this issue

Hope that helps!

Trainer Difficulty doesn’t have anything to do with how your distance climbed is reported/recorded.

Hi @Francis_Vlieghe welcome to the Zwift Forums

This is a known bug that’s on our to-do list. Thank you for flagging it.

This issue is apparently still going on in the London world. I did 3 rides in London world 2 weeks ago and Zwift owes me over 400+ft of elevation, London seems to be the only place where this is an issue…please fix, I’ve been avoiding it until it is fixed…

this is a known issue with zwift and they’re not fixing it my question would be why do they feature London the most amount of times per month? Most people that know about this problem including me refuse to ride London…
