I noticed two bugs while riding the TdZ Everything Bagel tonight. The drops counter stalled repeatedly – sometimes for minutes at a time A saw a lot of pedestrians frozen mid-stride. Mac OS version.

UPDATE February 9 Drops have been retroactively credited to impacted Zwifters. See this related thread .

Exact same issue on my ride last night. Riding in The Upside Down.

Same here. noticed it today (1/26/23) @0948h. La Reine. saw the drops weren’t going up, screenshotted it when I noticed, 11.2km (228m elevation) into the ride, 4,915,381 drops on the counter, and at the top of the climb I was at 22.5km (1202m elevation) and 4,915,451 drops. that was a lot of work …

Exactly - even though this doesn’t affect me much, as I’ve got millions and millions of accumulated drops, it does affect many users and it’s a pretty big bug for Zwift to miss during testing. Sure, it’s not nearly as bad as the bug affecting ERG mode and Trainer Difficulty, but it’s still a big dea…

Mine is stalled as well, doesn’t work with ride ons, in the presence of robopacer (even though the multiplier slowly goes up, no drops being given), etc.

ATV experienced same issue with no drops earlier today. Pace Partner and free ride.

My Drops counter didn’t just freeze, as in stalling visual updates but still counting in the background, because when I finished the ride and exited Zwift and started it again, then my Drops count was unchanged. The UI element was still showing flats vs hills, the climbing icon showed when I was cli…

Another broken dropz counter here along with no RESISTANCE change over ANT+ & kickr. Switched over to bluetooth because thankfully i had an old dongle around.
