Can we stop having the NYC world? It is one of the most boring worlds out there. Why not add more France options or, better yet, Colorado? Perhaps the old Red Zinger Classic? Maybe Italy (the giro) or Spain (vuelta)

Boring shmoring. (And I have done an imperial century there with nobody to draft, so there.) Endless flats or climbs are what is actually boring, and NYC has none of that.
